Talk to the person behind the site

Tell us the name of the business, the city and the link to the page. We did not write the listing: it comes from Overture Maps Places, an open map dataset, and whatever is wrong there is wrong on every site using the same data. So we do both things: we pull the listing from our pages within the week, with no proof required, and we point you to where to fix it at the source so the correction also holds elsewhere.

Tell us which page and which value. Dialling codes come from the Brazilian telecoms regulator, bank codes from the central bank list of payment-system participants, city coordinates from the national statistics institute. A link to the official source with the right value makes it faster: anything from an official dataset is fixed at the next collection, and anything wrong through our own fault is fixed immediately.

Photos come from Wikimedia Commons under a free licence, with your name and the licence printed beneath each image. If the credit is wrong, or if you want your photo off the site even though it is freely licensed, write to us: we take it down, no argument.

There is no sign-up and no visitor database here, so normally there is nothing of yours to delete. The case that does come up is different: the phone number of a sole trader that sits in the open dataset as a business contact. That is handled as a listing removal, above, and it gets done.
